Ordering and Payments
For custom orders, a deposit of 50% of the quoted price is due once the design is finalized. Initial deposit payments may be made by personal check, credit card, certified check, or wire transfer.
Please Note - Prices quoted for loose diamonds are for payment in check or wire transfer only. There is an additional processing fee of 3% for payments via credit card.
Full payment is due prior to shipment or pickup. Final payments must be made with verified funds (certified check, wire transfer, or credit card). If you wish to pay by personal check, the funds must be received in time to clear processing before delivery.
Sales & Refunds
For ready-made pieces I will gladly refund the full purchase price within 14 days of delivery, less shipping costs. This applies to purchases of any finished jewelry or loose gemstones that are in stock and were not custom designed or made to order.
Custom designed jewelry is commissioned work. Price estimates for custom orders are subject to change if the design or materials alter during production. If an order is cancelled prior to completion, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover costs for labor and expenses incurred. Once completed, sales of custom made pieces are final, with no refunds or exchanges. However, modifications may be made to pieces to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
We collect sales tax for all items shipped within New York State. New York City residents pay 8.875% sales tax, and residents in other New York locations pay the appropriate tax rate for their jurisdiction. Current law does not require us to collect sales tax for items shipped outside of NY state.
Orders are normally shipped 2nd Day or Overnight via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping options and prices will be displayed during your order process. Please inquire about international shipments, including Alaska and Hawaii.
